Outlined below are some of the most common questions you might have.  

What if my Credit Card wont work?

There can be a number of reason why your card my not working

We have a very high fraud system and often if the details do not match our card provider with decline your card.  Please contact your bank if this occurs to resolve the issue for you.

When will you ship my items?

  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 10-14 days of payment. 
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
  • Once your item has been shipped you will be given tracking details on the email.
  • Please allow 24 - 48 after receiving the tracking code for the system to fully function.

When will I receive my items?

Standard shipping times apply. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country. Please contact us at republicdog@gmail.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Pricing will depend on the country in which you reside and the number of items that you are purchasing. Exact pricing can be found by clicking "Buy it now" and entering in your address before completing the check out process.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder.  Please check and if you are still are unable to locate our email contact republicdog@gmail.com

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You will receive the shipment tracking information by email as soon as your product is shipped. 

The tracking number you provided doesn't work!  Is this a scam?

No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the respective tracking site. It usually takes 3 to 4 days after the items have been shipped for the tracking information to properly reflect in the system. If you get invalid tracking details, check back again in a couple of days. 

What do I do if I have not received my item?

A) Check tracking information
B) Contact postal service in your country to follow up on tracking information
C) contact Republic Dog at republicdog@gmail.com if no response

NB- Please remember that Republic Dog makes every effort to deliver orders on time but sometimes there are delays from the postal service which are out of our control.

I just noticed that I chose the wrong item by mistake, can you swap my product?

Please contact us at republicdog@gmail.com as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

What are your shirts made of?

The shirts are Gildan G2000 and G2000L(woman), most popular 100% cotton t-shirt in the world.

I just noticed that I chose the wrong size by mistake, can you fix this?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

I just noticed that I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, than we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving product.

Please contact us using our contact form to initiate a return.If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.

What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?

If your order has been listed as "undeliverable" and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost.

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
